They fit but actually don’t work for my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 make a loud screeching sound when pressing down on brakes to stop

They are the same brake pad made by Brembo. The screeching sound is because you did not grease the back of the brake pads which you have to do with any pad for Brembo Calipers as the metal pistons will scrape against the metal back plate... Noobs. smh
