The Seller posted on EBay a NWT Victoria Secret bra and that she would accept returns. I purchased the new bra. However, upon receipt, the NWT Victoria Secret bra was received “permanently damaged.” A message with pictures reflecting the outer and inner pads being damaged was sent to Seller on Saturday. The Seller has either failed or refused to respond to my request as to how to proceed retuning the damaged article.
