I like the perma focus because I can see things the moment I get the binocs to my eyes without screwing around wilth focus knobs. It came with a soft case, neck strap and microfiber cloth. Be aware that binoculars that use the perma focus design are not good for close range. Sharp focus starts at about 30 feet for this model. Also, disregard the word "Auto" in the description. It's permanent focus, not auto focus.
