I live around an hour from their warehouse. I picked the side up locally and needed it for a high priority business purpose. I was worried that this used item may have an issue. They assured me that if there was an issue, they would drive a replacement unit to me for a very low. This is truly going above and beyond and shows they care about their customers. Further, the drive had absolutely no issues whatsoever as they said, it worked perfect. Would absolutely buy from again.
