    Item that I purchased from bigdream6 was falsely described as being luminous. The clock hands are not luminous at all. They were just painted green only. I contacted the seller to inform them of their false advertising. Their solution was to offer a 30% refund. The clock hands they provided are of no use to me. I did not receive what I was expecting (wanting) to buy. Very disappointing.
