    initially my review was neautral because i thought that meant exactly that. Product came as stated, in a timely fashion, exactly as advertised. i put neutral to express the fact that nothing eventful happened with this transaction. IE: I bought, then recieved my item. seller took time to explain how most people utilize these ratings as I am a new ebay user. so i am correcting my previous review. the transaction was ordinary and reasonably priced, but the customer service was pretty top knotch.
