Almost 2 weeks later and nothing. I tried sending a message but no reply so was forced to open a case. Seller came back with usual "problem with address" excuse but still no tracking info. If the order had been shipped at any point why were they unwilling to provide any proof of posting? Eventually I have been given a refund.
