The game itself - although not new - was in perfectly playable condition. The seller still replied to me regarding the packaging as it affected the appearance of the original game carton. But none is necessary. The only issue i have is that the black plastic it was wrapped in, the seller attached the adhesive directly to the DVD packaging & I couldn't get all the adhesive or the black plastic off of it, so I won't be giving this as a gift.
