    Received the majority of glassware unbroken except for two on the end of the box. Otherwise, a timely, generally challenging shipment carried out well. I advised the shop owner not to send a monetary refund on the two broken ones, but instead, find two like it and send them later. I advised him that I would give a positive experience as he was a good communicator, clearly identified the materials being sent, and worked hard to maintain my trust. Would do business with him again.

    The instructions came in a manila envelope with 2 sheets of cardboard for protection. The envelope was marked with 'Do Not Bend'. Somebody in the post office decided to damage the envelope with a box cuter. Fortunately, the cardboard protection prevented damage to the instructions!
