The envelope was clearly ripped open by the mail sorting machine as it made it to me (opened) without any of the cards. I explained to the seller what occurred and was instantly refunded. Seller was kind enough to try to track, but with no success. My full price was quickly refunded. (I notified seller that if and when the package shows up, I'll send a check for the original amount...it's happened before with another seller!)
