I ordered a new SeaGate hard drive and it was 100% authentic, brand new (the hard drive itself came sealed in a thick plastic factory overwrap secured with a sticker), and it arrived in absolutely perfect condition (the sealed hard drive was placed inside a kind of 'bubble pouch' and, on top of that, also had bubble wrap wrapped around it in a box.) I highly recommend this seller and will be buying from them again.
