The seller does not accept returns and the buyer has requested a full refund of $702.59 without sending the loudspeakers back to the seller. Arrived with the plastic handle broken due to carless packing. Glad I only paid 3$ for it but I still paid 10$ for shipping. Wish it was packed with more thought and care to avoid it arriving broken. It was in a way bigger box and SO heavy, it was bound to jumble around in the box. It is still technically usable thankfully.. but now I need to repair the handle before.. no returns accepted, of course.
