    The delivery experience was awful. I received the book because of the honesty of my dear neighbors. The package was left at their house; it is compatible with the "delivery exception" on the tracking info due to "animal interference" (I don't own a dog, but they do). If you're charging for delivery, you should hire a proper service provider. That's what I don't like about eBay: unreliable delivery. At least it arrived in good conditions, but I may have never received it.
