    This seller advertised a brand new, unopened laptop in its original package, and sent me a refurbished one. I complained not conceiling how annoyed I was. Their response was poor and disapointed: "Yeah, sorry. We can give you $100 back, but if you don't want it, send the laptop back." I was in a possition were I could not afford another week without a laptop, so I had to keep it. Works ok so far, but I feel cheated. Don't trust this people.
