    went out of there way to make sure item arrived safely despite rocky shipping from fedex. wrapped it in the most bubble wrap I have seen in an item like it which shielded it from the damage. a few screws were loose in the box but I did find them. a fan in one of the drive caddys was bad but I was refunded the amount for a replacement fan.
