The collar is sweet & fits my Chihuahua well. Seller made some attempts to resolve upon enquiry, 1 message to me, but the sense of ENGAGEMENT & warmth with myself as buyer, was missing. I heartily wish Sellers would use our own national postal service, signed for. The couriers are too hit & miss.
