    Terrible communication, asked seller if they combined shipping, he said yes. Then says but they charge for shipping and handling $4 per card. I got 7 poorly wrapped and shipped cards for $28. He could have offered a discount but gave a lame excuse that since he came down a few bucks on the price that he wasn't going to negotiate.

    There are always two sides to a discussion. Buyer offers a price below my asking price on 7 cards, I accepted all and he then paid for them all. THEN, and only then, he asked for a discount. He didn't get what he wanted - so for a few bucks he's upset. All the cards were shipped in hard plastic, wrapped in bubble wrap, and inside a larger box. So poorly wrapped just means he didn't like what he agreed to pay. Sorry you are upset.
