I like how it was rolled up in saran wrap tightly and then wrapped in newspaper before putting it in the package. I appreciate the time spent protecting it. I am looking forward to wearing this roomy coat in cooler weather when I'm out feeding animals. The package also came sooner than I had expected and it was just as described. An ear was chipped upon arrival although description specifically said "no cracks or chips." Packed extremely well- crack could not have happened during shipping. Seller asked what I wanted to do about situation. The hat on the man is made out of paper & the flowers & ribbon on the lady are also out of paper. They looked like fabric. The packing was excellent. The shipping cost was a little high but I expected that due to length of box required to fit them. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.
