The new shipment arrived in perfect condition, the packaging was appropriate, the item was exactly as described, and the value fit my budget. I would recommend this business for their Customer Focus!

The packaging was secured with 2x4's and shrink wrap. They even took the time to double shrink wrap around the u-joints for added protection. My driveshaft came as described and a great value to me. Knox Auto was very communicative about my order. Responded to every enquiry, and was very professional. I installed the driveshaft on my 2015 F150 5.0 Crew Cab, and the shaking is now gone. Big thanks to Knox!

Unfortunately for me, when it arrived, it was the wrong color; however, I think it was partly my fault. I should have looked at the photo a little more closely before ordering. I returned it and received a refund without delay. Although there was a hiccup with this particular order, it was handled very well. I'm happy with the overall experience, and would absolutely do business with this seller again.
