Glad I negotiated a discount with a missing crystal and hands and, what appears to be damage to the balance spring. Otherwise, the item was despatched promptly, well packaged, and arrived undamaged. I will have to see what my watchmaker can do with it, but I would encourage the seller to give more comprehensive descriptions of his items for sale, as photos alone can be deceptive. Average value for money.
