The loudspeakers were shipped with insufficient packing material in a deteriorated cardboard box. The seller sent the buyer the following message before the loudspeakers were shipped, "I will ship it with very much care". The loudspeakers were not "shipped with very much care". The seller does not accept returns and the buyer has requested a full refund of $702.59 without sending the loudspeakers back to the seller. Arrived with the plastic handle broken due to carless packing. Glad I only paid 3$ for it but I still paid 10$ for shipping. Wish it was packed with more thought and care to avoid it arriving broken. It was in a way bigger box and SO heavy, it was bound to jumble around in the box. It is still technically usable thankfully.. but now I need to repair the handle before.. no returns accepted, of course.
