I had two pair of these shoes and they both were brand new. The other customer had no issues with hers. When I photograph I show one shoe's bottom with the most wear and the other on top. In this case, yours had no wear at all! I would never deliberately sell a bad item to anyone. Again, I am sorry you did not like them!
