What is not fine is the item itself! I ordered a size 29 bag. What I received was a size 18!! Far smaller. Size comparison included in photos. There is also tarnish on the hardware that was not specified in the listing, or shown in pictures. Price would have been reasonable for an 18 or a 29… it at least looks to be genuine Coach.
