The skirt itself was described correctly so no fault of the seller but the skirt itself is not a good fitting skirt. The waist is loose yet difficult to put on as it does not have elasticity in the waist to pull it up over the hips. So basically, it is tight going over the hips then too loose in the waist. Just a poor designer.
