After column was stripped down, item found to be defective caused by inadequate packaging (was supposedly checked before it was sent). Oversized box, no bubblewrap and poorly taped for a delicate item. Mechanic had to charge an hours labour. Salvo were good at refunding for the product but refused to pay the labour charge even though it had come from a fault their end. Eventually after a lot of contact, they agreed to cover half. Wouldn’t purchase from them again!
