There was a shim on the palm side of the worm gear not supposed to be there, and when removed the reel felt worse than before. Strange. I will have to take down one of the other Mag 10SGs I have and compare parts. All parts are there and in correct place, but may not be correct parts. May be similar but from other model Bantams or Bantam Mags. May not be original spool and the spool shaft is the issue. IDK... Seems was made to feel it just needed cleaning.
