I read the ebay ad and depend on accurate shipping information because Philadelphia is horrible for package thefts. I must wait all day and be at the door for deliveries IF either UPS or Fedex is the company. I have a sign on my door NOT to leave packages on my step BUT neither care. USPS is best for me.
