    Purchased LEGO set 7787 advertised as authentic with only a few non-LEGO pieces. What arrived was entirely counterfeit, including every minifigure, and nowhere near what was described. The listing was misleading, and when the issue was brought up, the seller was defensive and refused to accept a return despite the clear misrepresentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing LEGO from this seller. The product I received was not genuine as claimed.

    Description said that the set came with instructions and box, but there was no Lego box with purchase. Set came pre-built, which should have been mentioned in the description. Lego set was taped in bubble wrap, but there was no filler in the empty spaces of the box, so it bounced around freely inside, knocking pieces apart. The tape on the bubble wrap was stuck to the instructions, which ripped when I removed the tape. Overall packaging was below expectations. Fortunately all pieces were there.

    This review is not entirely untrue. I did mistakely put it had a box on it - it was AI generated. We put a ton of bubble wrap around it, we sold it way undervalue, and I believe it says we are not professional shippers. We certainly did not include there would be fillers in the empty spaces of the box, whatever that means. I thought we packed it well - we also did not put we would disassemble the set. I actually thought we did a great job for shipping a $30 set. Some buyers cannot be pleased.
