    I ordered the chocolate ear rabbit calico critters (incomplete family) , they shipped very fast! arriving in about a week or less from when i purchased them. They had some small discoloration/fading on the ear tips (but it was displayed in the photos so no biggie!) and the mom had a small scratch on her face that i didnt notice in the photos. however it was very subtle and i have no issue! Ontop of that it was packaged very well and securely which i can appreciate ! i def recommend this seller
