- c***e (937)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem not recieved. Dpd didn't attempt delivery and sent to a random post shop which I cannot collect as currently renewing passport. Seller was a bit fiscious when replying. Didn't blame the seller but the response is pretty rude and patronising. Will raise a claim with ebay.Reply from: gaitahomegarden- Feedback replied by seller gaitahomegarden.- Feedback replied by seller gaitahomegarden.What the buyer has failed to mention is that they immediatly resorted to demands, threats and lies in messages, which is what merited the sharp response. Claimed that no attempted deliveries were made, despite being sent multi SMS, they claimed the parcels shop was 5 miles away not 0.9 miles. Buyer also made threats to open a case with eBay. You may not have a passport but I'm sure they have a dirvers license or bus pass!
