When I called to clarify, she was rude and unhelpful, would not send me a location. Then left the mirror on the side of the road with grown men who were strangers, and left me to figure it out on my own. I drove 2 hours, wasted extra time and gas, and had to search 5-10 minutes for the item. She took an hour to respond to messages. Very unprofessional and unsafe—would not recommend.
