Unfortunately that offer was no assistance to me as I required the item, I made one good unit using the parts from a non functioning unit I already had. The item was packaged well and arrived on time, given the dollar value I paid for the item I was disappointed with the outcome. I can only imagine due to the volume of item’s sold this units damage was an oversight.
