    The seller did not show the spine of the book with a flaw on their listing photo. When I questioned them about it, they said: thanks for the accusation, do whatever you like. I did not find that helpful.

    Actually, the buyer threatened us in their initial message, which we reported to Ebay. We responded by providing the description from the item they purchased which correctly identified the book's condition.
