When the item arrived it was defective and when I opened a return case the seller’s response was that the item was for parts and that i should cancel my request, well of course it was for parts its a car part but i did not spend $350+ for an item that didn’t work. It couldn't be anymore clearer on the webpage. Next time when you buy something on ebay read the items condition first, its not that hard. Don't blame us for your mistake, when we knew it was faulty, that's why it was sold as NOT WORKING. When they installed it to their car, they messaged us and said it doesn't work. Do you think it was magically going to work again, of course not.
