The box I purchased didn't arrive despite USPS's tracker indicating that it had. The seller was extremely responsive and helpful as I tried to file a claim with USPS, even though USPS's failure to deliver the item was completely out of his control and also not his fault. The package ended up arriving several days later badly damaged.
