      Dear Seller, I maintain my feedback. I did not communicate with you at first because the item was gift and when they opened it at the birthday party it was embarrassing to learn that the voicebox of the item was such low quality. In my opinion it should have been stated in the description, but what your description stated was “in working condition”, which was essentially accurate but misleading since the voicebox is barely audible. it was priced as if in working order, that was not the case.
