She messaged us first in similar abusive tones and we offered her a full refund which we think it is noteworthy she has not requested. The watch, including band was cleaned by jeweler when the battery was replaced before listing, and put back in box where it remained. The photos clearly show a clean band. So it goes, what can you do :-)
