    Item was great unfortunately when I received it , it was locked to carrier . HOWEVER, NOT THE SELLERS FAULT ENTIRELY (Explained his side of the story) which I genuinely appreciate . And I also appreciate his FAST communication and HONESTY . Dont get that much around here anymore .
