Me for the lack of proper knowledge about Valvebodys and them for not knowing what would fit my 2000 GMC Savana. I would have accepted a replacement but it just took too much time to get to me. There was a wait for them to properly build it but we understood that. I sent messages out and they replied within a timely manner. Once the transmission got here it was nicely wrapped and in a cardboard box while being strapped to the pallet. This seller does go above and beyond. Do not hesitate to purchase from.
