The seller was good about answering questions before I purchased it so that I knew the rack would fit in my dishwasher. It came a couple days after the shipping window, which caused a bit of a problem because I was out of town so I had to arrange for a neighbor to get it.

I returned the incorrect piece and had to file a complaint with Paypal to get a refund. Been on Ebay for 21 years and never had to file a negative feedback until this happened.
