Beautiful item. Just as described, it arrived safe and fast, well packaged. I would recommend this shop to everyone

the songbook was not as described (“[m]inor edge wear on the cover, interior pages are clean and intact.”) – instead, the last couple of pages were considerably stained – I even found a dead insect in the songbook (see attachments) - the seller did apologize and offered to return the songbook – returning the songbook was however economically unreasonable because I had exported it to another country

nevertheless she or he declined a suggested partial refund without offering any other reasonable solution and only referred me back to opening a return with eBay – in my view, this falls short of the standard expected of an eBay seller in dealing with its customers, especially if it is a top rated seller, which „consistently delivers outstanding customer service“
