Holy $#!^ that was crazy. Just opened the package and the Mark Mellen book is absolutely amazing! There is just ONE pencil mark in the entire 20 pages which is unheard of. It's likely the only remaining one in such perfect condition. Fantastic packaging! Tremendous value! 100% as described! Great eBay seller.
