They said that it’s showing error and they believe that the part might be defective. This is the reason to return the item back to the seller and ask them to reimburse my purchase. These radar sensors were delivered to us directly in their original packaging, and I sent a photo of them to the customer. Since they are new and have never been used, it is not possible that they are faulty. I also explained that the sensors need to be coded and updated with the appropriate software according to the vehicle model. Unfortunately, this has not been done.
