Had to let them dry outside before I could use them. I hardly ever buy stuff off ebay, but most of what I've bought lately has not been great..and/or great shipping methods. I guess its the sign of the times with ebay sellers I don't like to give negative feedback, but like to let sellers know what doesn't work in terms of shipping.
