    Thank you for having this beautiful frame available. Arrived promptly and looks really nice. Sadly it was packaged poorly. Glass arrived chipped on the corners and a clasp was bent. Reason being is the frame was moving inside because there was not enough insulation to buffer it from moving around so the corners chipped. Unfortunately the glass has to be replaced, doesn't bother me. But for you, just be careful with your next items you mail out. Thank you for your time. Best wishes ... Case
