    The item is still in transit, but that is what I want to give a 5 star for... the transit! Michele moved mountains to get us the item after we ran into some obstacles on our end. She moved the darn heavy thing several times to different locations and ended up arranging transport herself. The communication was great and she kept pushing through the set backs! thank you Michele!! and I am sorry that it was such a hassle!! 10 Star!!
