Totally gouged the paint off the 1st shaft I used it on, which was a bummer but I quickly figured out to wrap everything with tape for protection going forward. I strongly suggest attaching it to a flat piece of steel and mounting this in a bench vise if possible. It may be hard to operate and hold still otherwise! You get what you pay for.
