That was followed by a message saying he had "forgotten" to mail it and would mail it ten days later after a vacation. Postmark on envelope says it was mailed on August 27th. A message to Seller asking if it had been mailed was ignored. He responded in a few hours when I said I'd open a case if he didn't respond to a second email. The stamp, when it finally arrived, was in good condition.
