    The item arrived on time and well packaged. The auction description was "Bachmann N&W #611 Class J 4-8-4 DCC Sound Steam Locomotive N Scale No Box", and in the detail description it was noted that there would be no returns. Upon testing the item didn't have sound nor a decoder. The seller communication was prompt, but we were unable to come to an agreement on appropriate recompense. The value of the item was much less minus the decoder/sound. Will not do business with seller again.
