Look closely to the underside and you will see X's marked for where you need to drill the 4 holes. If you don't see them, look again, they are there. Very faint. Other than that easy as pie.

A footnote: My bike uses the same bolt that secures the top of the radiator to hold the top center of the crash bars. I chose to use a larger bolt to increase the strength of this connection.
